Transportation from New York to Montclair

The DeCamp bus company runs a bus service from New York Port Authority to Montclair. The 66 service will drop you off on campus on Friday afternoon/evening, or near the campus on Saturday. The bus will drop you off at Valley Road and Mount Hebron Road, and the campus is a five minute walk away, the conference venue about 10 minutes.

You need to buy tickets from the Decamp/Academy bus line booths prior to getting on the bus. These are located at the back of the South Terminal of the PABT. The 66 bus line departs from gate number 412.

Hotel Information Update

The room block at Holiday Totowa Wayne has been sold out. If you are still looking for a room, there is space available at Parsippany Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites. The newly-renovated rooms are $69, with complete amenities, including Wi-Fi Internet access.

The conference hotel will be the Holiday Totowa Wayne, which is 5 minutes driving distance away from MSU.

  • Please book over the phone, as there is no direct link.
  • For your convenience, the rooms will all be doubles.
  • There is a group block of 50 (the name is “photographic educational conference”).
  • The group block will be released on October 27, which is 10 days before the event. No deposit required.
  • The rate is $105, and includes hot buffet breakfast and complimentary cocktails.
