Please choose the desired package. Reservation is guaranteed once payment is received. Payment is due by August 31, 2009. Checks should be made out to SPE Mid-Atlantic. Please send completed form and payment to Peggy Feerick, 1554 Great Falls Street, McLean, VA 22101.

We happily accept any product or equipment donations for our Saturday evening raffle which benefits our student scholarships
